Return and Refund Policy – Direct Network LLC

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

A full refund will be provided within 30 days from the date of delivery of the service.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

How to Cancel

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method. No fees will be charged for the refund.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must have been purchased in the last 30 days

  • Goods must be in the original packaging

Non-returnable goods:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable items or expired goods

  • Unsealed goods for hygiene/health reasons

  • Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery

We may refuse returns at our discretion if conditions are not met.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk. Send returns to our company address.
We recommend insured and trackable shipping. Refunds won’t be issued without receiving the goods or valid proof of return.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift: You’ll receive a gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift: We will refund the original purchaser.
